Events in the Community
The club members spend time organizing two large events in Lake Country. Both events are attended by the public at large and feature all things gardening. Funds raised support club operations, educational opportunities and community projects.
Annual Spring Plant Sale
Our annual plant sale is held the Saturday before Mother’s Day from 9am to noon. 2025’s sale is Saturday, May 10th at Swalwell Park. Perennials, annuals, cut flowers and other gardening items are for sale. Our club members are also on hand to answer any gardening question you might have.
Lake Country Garden Tour
Every second year we present the very popular Lake Country Garden Tour. This event showcases gardens in Lake Country from miniature backyard oasis to expansive acreages. Each garden hosts a local artist, artisan, gardening expert speaker or musician to enhance the garden tour experience.

Join us for your first meeting!
The club meets every third Thursday at 7pm at the Oceola Fish and Game club at 11888 McGowan Road In Lake County BC. First meeting of the 2025 season is March 20th with a guest speaker.
